Stuck with this error. Please help out.

@Niranjan Sorry for this long delay in responding to yu.

This tends to occur due to a partition existing on the SSD from the factory. 

Check if the SSD exists by running "lsscsi". If the SSD is not showing, then you might have to insert a new one there and rebuild the svm boot disk.

But if does show, check if there are partitions in  (/dev/sdX where X shows on the output of lscsi command u ran) by running “ls /dev/sdX”, and if they exist you will need to remove them by either running “parted” to delete them or you can fill zero in the partition table using “dd”” command.
