Can I test Nutanix REST API using Nutanix Test Drive? I also can not change default password for admin user in Test Drive Prism Central: “Nutanix/4u” and “nutanix/4u”  gives “Current password provided is incorrect.”

No, these operations are not allowed inside Nutanix Test Drive. If you’d like to do API testing I would recommend one of three options:

  1. If you’re building an application to work with Nutanix and resell or publish, work with our alliances team and get remote access into gear that is reserved for our partners to test their solutions for Nutanix Ready compatibility.
  2. Work with your sales team and get access to a Nutanix Hosted PoC environment that can be reserved for a period of time.
  3. Download Nutanix Community Edition and spin up a local instance where you can test REST API calls on a long-running cluster.
