DPM of Microsoft can integrated with Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor?

Best answer by mmcghee

Hi @ralas-65957

There is no direct integration with Microsoft DPM and Nutanix AHV. You can use DPM to backup AHV VMs, but you'll need to install an agent into each VM. You'd need to ensure DPM has an agent for the OS running in the virtual machine. Essentially the "physical server" support as listed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/dpm/dpm-protection-matrix?view=sc-dpm-1801

Thanks,
Mike
