I did not received  NCA certificate and digital badge yet ,exam finished on 2/01/21

I am yet to receive my certificate for NCA 515 after I passed the exam on 28/02/2021.

I sent a mail to university@nutanix.com yesterday but yet to receive a reply.

Kindly resolve.
