On October 12th, I passed the Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA) 6.10 exam through PSI Exams, but I still haven't received my certificate.
I sent an email to support@education.nutanix.com and university@nutanix.com. They replied saying that my profile was missing the company information shown in the attached image. I provided all the details via email, and they said they would update my account.
Since then, they haven't replied. I've been waiting for 2 days. I need this certificate urgently and haven't heard back. Does anyone know where I can enter this information myself in the portal? I looked everywhere but couldn't find it.
