"LCM root task has been created" stuck at 0%

When I ran Perform Inventory it created "LCM root task has been created" and it got stuck at 0%. When I checked I saw that there was a NCC alert for idf db to db sync, which was resolved by following KB-5582 and KB-13381. But the task is still at 0%. I need to upgrade Prism Central and AOS version so that it is again compatible with support.

you need to forcefully kill it:

ergon_update_task --task_uuid=dc01feaa-739c-4e69-4632-409e799d4c18 --task_status=succeeded
