Hi Nutanix Community,

I'm upgrading to NOS 4.1.2, but the pre-upgrade keeps failing when it tries to ssh to the ESXi hosts. It is timing out. The ESXi hosts do have ssh running and I can manually ssh to them with putty.

Is there a workaround for this?

Was a case opened for this yesterday?
I vaguely remember another SRE mention this scenario...
Can you please check if you are able to SSH host using both external and internal IP of the host.
