The LCM UI page does not open like the image below.
Recent work status
AOS 5.20 version
NX-1075-G8
Proceed with LCM Update Operation
It was confirmed as the version below LCM 2.5, and we updated it to local dark site VM with LCM 3.1-H.
After the normal update, the update to the latest LCM version LCM 3.2 was completed using the Directupload function of the activated LCM.
After completing the job, the LCM page was fine and the job was finished.
The next day, the LCM page appeared empty on the Prism page.
Other Home or other tabs are fine.
I tried to take action with KB-14940 but there was no change.
I need help with what I can do in this situation.

Is the cluster still in support? If so, involve support.
If not, try restarting prism and/or foundation, genesis etc

You’re not alone—this issue sometimes occurs after LCM updates. Here are a few additional steps you can try:
1.Clear Browser Cache / Try Incognito Mode
It’s possible cached resources are interfering with the LCM UI load. Try Chrome or Firefox incognito.
2.Restart Prism Services
From a CVM, use:
genesis restart prism
or reboot the Prism Leader CVM if safe to do so.
3.Check LCM Logs
Look at the logs here for any UI rendering or backend issues:
/home/nutanix/data/logs/lcm.log
4.Validate LCM Deployment
Ensure the LCM VM or container is healthy:
cluster status | grep lcm
5.Firewall or Proxy Check
If you're accessing Prism through a proxy, it may block parts of the UI. Bypass the proxy to test.
6.Re-import LCM Bundle
In rare cases, re-importing the bundle resolves UI display issues.
If none of this resolves it, definitely open a support case — they can escalate to engineering if needed.
