Hello team, how to open a box on the nutanix support knowing that we have 3 blocks lenovo so 3 serial number, NB: I no longer have access to the prism

Hello @Jean-baptiste If the boxes are lenovo hardware, you might want to call them up first and ask them to open a case with Nutanix. You only need to have asset serial numbers. If you don’t have asset serial numbers, either of the support should be able to look up the assets tagged to your account. I hope this helps. Thank you.
