Are you pursuing the NCP-CI certification? Keep reading to find out 5 steps that will help you prepare.

Nutanix certifications are a great way to prove your knowledge, position yourself for advancement, and stand out in a competitive job market.

Our Nutanix Certified Professional - Cloud Integration (NCP-CI) certification measures your ability to successfully plan, deploy, configure, and manage NC2 within an Azure or AWS public cloud environment.

The Nutanix Cloud Integration track includes two exams that both earn you the same NCP-CI 6 certification. You can choose the exam based on the public cloud environment (AWS or Azure) you are most familiar with. You should not take both exams since the content will be very similar.

In this blog, we’ll focus on 5 steps you can take to prepare for each exam to help ensure your success.

  1. Complete the Related Training:
  2. Study the Exam Blueprint Guide: The Exam Blueprint Guide walks you through the exam outline and key topics you’ll be asked about on the exam, plus it includes links to PDFs, KB articles, blog posts, and other references to help you get ready. Download the Exam Blueprint Guides here for each exam: NCP-CI-Azure EBG and NCP-CI-AWS EBG.
  3. Take the Practice Exam: The practice exam questions are developed at the same time as the live exam questions with the same level of difficulty. This free quiz will help you get familiar with the test-taking experience and identify areas where you should focus your studies. For steps on how to access the practice exam, check out our blog Study like a Pro with Practice Exams on Nutanix University.
  4. Watch Instructional Videos: The NCP-CI-Azure Exam Prep and NCP-CI-AWS Exam Prep playlists available on the Nutanix University Youtube channel are full of technical demos and how-to videos relevant to each exam. Make sure to subscribe to the channel to stay up to date on the latest videos.
  5. Ask the Community: The Certification Forum is a great way to communicate with your peers. If you’re stumped on a particular topic, post your question in the Certification Forum and a member of the community will help you find the answer.

Achieving the NCP-CI certification will validate your skills in this fast-paced industry. We hope you’ll use these steps to prepare and help ensure your success on the exam.
