Hi i just want to clarify and curious, is it possible to add new hard drive in the cluster nutanix that has no license, or expire license?

Current condition the cluster has reached 90% and the reserve rebuild capacity in disable mode, when i plug in new hard drive, is it safe to perform or i have to renew the license first?

Yes that is possible and will work. Licenses are based on cores. Unless you are working witn the older flash tiered license.
