What is th file size?

Looks like the conversion process was not successful.

Can u try once again.
Or can u try image creation from cli?

Re: Image configuration, image remain INACTIVE

Is that uploaded successfully? Sometimes I try with other browser and it gets successful

The image creation idea from @sandeepmp also a good one you should consider

Re: Image configuration, image remain INACTIVE

use the command lines to delete images.
acli image.list ---to get image UUID

hi

yes it works with delete image then import with Chrome (not IE)

Also for the conversion i had to use screen command just before to not kill the process when timeout
