Hello everyone,

 

I am inviting user to my created space and whenever I click on invite it prompts

“Sharing is not allowed with a prospect user“.

 

Kindly let me know how can I sort this out ?

The user must have access to sizer, if he has access contact partnerhelp@nutanix.com

Hello Kackeronenn,

You can share your sizing only with users who are registered users of Sizer. Please request the new user to sign up using the button seen on login page - https://sizer.nutanix.com/
