Hi.

I have access only to advanced configurations, but I would like to recover some old configurations that are now in basic mode.

Last week, I could see my basic configurations once, but not anymore

How can I get access to my basic configurations?

Hello JAFV,

That should not be the case. Advanced users should have access to all scenarios. Are you able to see “B” next to scenario names in the “My Scenarios” list view? “A” stands for advanced and “B” stands for basic.

If not, can you please share your Sizer registered email id? @Parvinder can someone take a look at this?

I can not see any B scenario.

 

And the email accout that I use for Sizer (and mynutanix) is jferrero@serbangroup.com

First, I want to point out that the problem is that my company had recently change the domain address suffix, so I have two accounts in Nutanix and two sizer scenarios, I did not realize it when accessing sizer and I thought that I have missed scenarios.

So far I have scenarios (all “A” type”) with both accounts, jferrero@”old.com” and jferrero@”new.com”.

 

Really is not a problem as far as I can use the old account (while my company keeps the old domain and redirects emails).
