I tried to translate your post, what I understand you have LiveOptics output for hyperV and want to import it in Sizer, correct me if I am wrong.
That's not available option, you have 2 options in this scenario, first one which I recommend is to collect hyperV data via Nutanix Collector . Second option is to open the LiveOptics output and calculate the usable vcpu, ram and storage and put it as RAW cluster sizing.
Consider NUMA with large VM with 32GB RAM and higher and 16 vcpu and higher.
