I am working on a DevOps platform for a client and considering recommending Calm to automate the provision of TeamCity builds if the build queue meets a condition (i.e. if 15 builds in queue then spin up 5 build agents and add them to the pool).
Has anyone done this with Calm ?

Is it very much possible by triggering a custom action that will trigger the creation of build agents upon spike. It has to be a api call from team city to calm which triggers custom action that provisions additional build agents.
