Known Issues
- Express Launch: Projects may not appear in the Project selection menu, resulting in a “No valid project found” message. Contact Nutanix Support for assistance.
- Large scale-out environments: Deployments reaching 47,000 single-VM applications may run out of disk space in the MSP partition.
- Secure Boot: Self-Service VM may not start when UEFI and Secure Boot are enabled.
- Restored environments: Some projects may encounter issues with variable creation, project updates, or project assignment after restoring a backup.
- Active Directory users: After restoring a backup to a new Self-Service VM, the Projects page may not display all previously added Active Directory users, although they remain visible when editing users and groups.
Upgrade note: The LCM framework for Self-Service VM does not support upgrades, including Calm, Epsilon, and Policy services. Follow the documented Self-Service VM upgrade path when moving to version 4.4.
