Hi.

We are having no end of trouble with our backup software (druva) it basically keeps trying to talk on port 443 not 9440. Is there a way on a Prism element to be able to do some sort of rewrite so any traffic coming into the server incorrectly on port 443 can get rewritten to go to 9440 instead?

Did you gave port 9440 during connecting druva to prism?

See: https://docs.druva.com/Phoenix/030_Configure_Phoenix_for_Backup/Backup_and_Restore_Nutanix_AHV_Virtual_Machines/03_Deploy_Backup_Proxy/02_Deploy_Backup_Proxy_and_Register_Prism

Step 2, point 3a.

Hi,

Can you share the error with us? The last time I faced an issue with 3 party backup software is related to the certificate.
