@Sudhirkv Your questions need to be clarified further, but I will try to respond to what I understand:
1- “replication from Onprem to Cloud (Azure- GOV)”
Replication to Azure is definitely possible,. You should be able to back up and restore copies of virtual machines and files to and from an on-premise cluster and a Nutanix Controller VM located on the Amazon Web Service (AWS) or Microsoft Azure cloud. The Nutanix Controller VM is created on an AWS or Azure cloud in a geographical region of your choice. It is a single-node cluster with a 30 terabyte (TB) disk attached to the node, with a usable disk capacity of 20 TB.
For more information please review the link:
https://portal.nutanix.com/#/page/docs/details?targetId=Web-Console-Guide-Prism-v56:wc-cloud-connect-wc-c.html
2- “Another primary site (Azure ) will replicate to Azure cloud”
This will need to be clarified, what do you mean by “Another primary site”. If the other primary site is another Nutanix cluster, then you should know there is one to one relationship between each nutanix cluster and its remote backup site, so for every nutanix cluster there should be one remote backup site. If you mean something else please clarify.
3-”Both primary - ( On-Prem and Azure ) will connect to interconnect.”
I am not sure what do you mean by this one. Please explain further.

Thanks Said,
I mean, one On-Prem DC with Nutanix cluster connecting some application on Azure Cloud and both DC will be connected on DR on Cloud .

@Sudhirkv So correct me if I am wrong, you have 2 data center in-house and they are both connected to Azure. And you want to know if they can “access” an application residing in the Azure cloud..
Now, the assumption is that the application is already running on some VM in one of these in-house data centers and you have taken back up of the VM to the Azure cloud using “cloud connect” feature in Nutanix.
Your question is, if something goes wrong with the VM running this app in-house, the application is going to be available to be accessed from cloud.
Is the above correct?
