copy guest VM to network file share

How can I copy guest VM's couple WIN2012R2 and Cent0S off to a network file share? Need to ensure I have backups prior to testing cluster convert.

    Thanks for Reply, we are running a 3 node AHV cluster. Can we drop into cli and copy the VM's off to a network share. if any additional step to copy back to the system please include those as well hopefully all will go well w cluster convert
