Thoughts from the community please on this one.
We have two clusters, in two different data centers with NearSync to replicate VMs. So my problem is when I do a unplanned fail-over I get a VM with a new GUID, all good, until my backup software (Veeam) sees this as a new VM and creates a fresh full backup. How do I deal with this in a better way? A full backup of all my VMs is going to need a lot of space and time!
