how do we go about giving VM’s in our NC2 cluster running in azure pubic IP address?

We have a number of VM’s that we need to build that will either require a public IP or be publicly accessible via LB’s running on the cluster (Not native AOS LB’s)  how do we assign a public IP from the Azure public IP address ranges to our VM’s running on NC2?
