Unable to change candidate name in PSI

I am unable to change my name after redirection to the PSI for exam registration but i have already changed my name in the nutanixuniversity profile. I have already sent an request to PSI via online form but no response. Appreciated if you could let me know how to change my full name in the system so that could match my name in government-issued ID for exam registration.
