PSI Proctor is not available

Hi Team, I scheduled to write NCA-5.15 exam through online PSI proctor exam Proctor is not available since half an hour now, seems PSI proctor exam not working. After sometime, the exam scheduled expire and unable to give my exam. Also my voucher used there but unable to give exam. . Please help and guide.

What was the error message? Mine was that the proctor session was closed yet my exam hadn’t even started. I just took the exam again today and got the same message. I opened the browser straight from my desktop due to an issue I had last time. So, this time I went into PSI from the Nutanix University, and even though I had installed the browser I installed it again, and this time it worked. I was able to test. PSI and Nutanix, who I work for, had no explanation for the original error.
