Not able to schedule exam

when i try to schedule NCP 5.10 exam i get below error message. If any help it will be great.

Account Incomplete!

You will not be able to access certification exams until this issue is resolved.

Did you send an email to  They need to create an entry for you in the system.   What email address are you using?

Sure, let me send email to them, i am using my official email address.
