What if all 4 attempts finished and I didn't pass NCSR L3 assessment. Will I be able to attempt again? If not, should I proceed with NCSE process.

I applaud your commitment to successfully complete NCSR L3. We recommend that you review and retake the training material. Once you have completed the training material, we are happy to reset your exam attempts.
