NCSE-Core Certificate

I passed the NCSE-Core exam via psi more than a week ago. Nutanix University says I should get an e-mail and certificate in approximately 7 days. Suggestions?

Normally you can use education@nutanix.com for assistance. I do this in this case always

If its been 7 days, email back pointing out the date of the exam.
