NCP 5.10 Exam - Issues with PSI Video Streaming

Question

What are the ways to fix a denied - PSI Video Streaming - Denied

check item that is needed prior to taking the Nutanix University Exam.

I have issue withe just 1 item that is not passing(Denied) the compatibility check

prior to taking the NCP 5.10 exam

Some times it passes but some times it does not.

And because of this was unable to start my exam today.

PSI Services LLC worked remotely with me but the compatibility check

did not pass.

Later in the day when I ran the check, It passes then few minutes later

it fails again.

I don't have an issues with Zoom/Webex and many other applications

its just this application,

And I also can not get the PSI secure browser to start to install

and can not find any info at which point this software gets installed?

hello, i solved the same issue in windows 10 just turning off and turning on the camera and the microphone in the control panel.
