NCM-MCI Exam Access Issue – Guidance Request

Dear Nutanix Support Team,

I was scheduled to take the NCM-MCI exam but was unable to proceed due to a technical issue on the PSI platform:
"Sorry, we are not able to build your assessment."

I contacted PSI support, and the issue was logged under ticket numbers #5072933 and #5073189. They confirmed the problem was not from my side, and unfortunately, I lost my exam session.

Could you please advise on the steps I should take to reschedule my exam or if any further action is required from my end?

I have added a NCM-MCM 6.10 voucher to your profile here.

The live exam will open for scheduling in early August.

Hi Othmane,

Unfortunately this is the last day of the NCM 6.10 beta exam so no reschedule is possible.

 

Sorry your exam was not able to be launched.
