I want o schedule NCP  Exam https://nuschool.portal.relayware.com/?eid=Register

I already register and they send an email with Registration Pending that is form 3 days ago

I need to Schedule an exam NCP i need to provide me with access information , is this normal to take all this time to send access information please help.
