I passed the exam on 5 Jan and have already received the score report. On 6 Jan I got the e-mail saying I’ve earned the badge. However, when I check the Certification Transcript page today, the actual certificate isn’t listed yet. Is it normal for it to take a few more days before it shows up, or should I contact support?

Thanks! I’ve already received the Credly badge, but I’m asking about the actual PDF certificate. It still doesn’t show up in my Certification Transcript page—do I just need to wait a bit longer for that to appear?

after completing my last certification Credly Badge and results Email was shortly after completing the exam available. The PDF took some hours. As you are waiting since 5th of January I would suggest reaching out to the Nutanix University support - Email from results mail: university@nutanix.com

sometimes , it doesnt show and you need to email university and they will help you out.
just send an email to university team (support@education.nutanix.com) they are pretty fast with answer too.
