In portal, we have a feature where we can tag licenses based on our requirements, to be used on different clusters. However, please be informed that this functionality is only applicable while licensing clusters through Prism Element and not Prism Central. Tag usage for Prism Central licensing is being worked upon and will be available for use in the coming days. 

However, we have a comprehensive KB on how we can work around this and continue to assign licenses that are tagged while licensing through Prism Central on this KB-16865.
