I am trying to move a VM from EXSI to AHV. When I try the move I get the error “VMTools is not running.” any suggestions?

VMware tools is one of the prerequisites for using Move. So, you have to install (the latest) VMware tools to migrate the VM automatically. Otherwise, you have to perform a manual migration.

This appears to be because I do not have VMTools in the VM I am moving. It will take care of that and see what happens
