Move From ESXi to ESXi - Could Not Connect Error

Hii am trying to move from Esxi to Esxi but it gave this error Could not connect to ‘IP_Address’. Error : ’Get https://‘IP_Address’/PrismGateway/services/rest/v2.0/cluster/: dial tcp ‘IP_Address’: connect: connection refused
any ideas please

hi @Mohammad Jaber this error is likely coming up because the Move appliance can’t connect to the Nutanix Cluster.  Be sure that there are no firewall rules blocking communications.  If you are still stuck, I would suggest opening a ticket with Nutanix Support and have them verify your configuration.
