Hello;
When i try to migrate a Vm from Esxi to AHV with Move, the operation is being failed sometimes. Migration Status steps go well until last step "install device drivers". The error is this: "Failed to execute guest command: 'msiexec.exe /i C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\vmware174\Nutanix-VirtIO-latest-stable.msi /quiet' ExitCode: '1603'."
My AOS version is 5.10.5. The OS is windows server 2016. I logged in with Built-in Administrator account and i installed VirtIO 1.1.4 manually. I can migrate some Server 2016 Vms but there is a problem about some Vms.

Do you have anti-virus software running?

From the Move release Notes: "Disable any anti-virus software on Windows before you begin the migration of the Windows VMs."
Thanks Voyager, i disabled Kaspersky and the problem is gone. But i don't understand why Move tried to install VirtIO despite i installed it manually before migrating. Why did Move try to install VirtIO again ? And what will happen if i don't install VirtIO before migration ? Will Move install it automatically ?

hi @asabri.ozer , if you supply credentials for the VMs while creating your migration plan we will use those and attempt to run our scripts+install virtIO. My guess is this is the reason why this happened.
