Unable to launch VM console from Prism Element

I have an error trying to launch the console from a Linux VM. This VM migrated from a Hyper-V cluster to an AHV cluster through Move. I have correctly configured DNS. The VM is on, I can access via SSH.

Could you tell me what else I can verify before opening a case for this issue.PS: I can launch the console of a VM created in the AHV cluster.
