I have installed cluster with 2 blocks (3 nodes each) and assigning IPs to them, I used a switch without vlans, when I created vlans and connect my switch to firewall, I was unable to open the prism in the browser (chrome, firefox), but I can reach the cvm and I can SSH it through putty.

Please make sure that port 9440 is opened in your firewall.

the firewall in my pc is already turned off, you mean the main firewall?
Yes, between your pc and Nutanix Cluster Address.
If you create vlans to seperate traffic you need specific firewall ports te be open. Here is the list you need to configure: Recommendation on Firewall Ports Config
