Sorry if I am asking a silly question. I would like to ask if I configured protection policy from Prism Central. I assume even PC is failed the replication should perform as is just that it would be appreciated if anyone could share some thoughts or documentation to support that.

If Prism Central is just a single VM currently, you can expand it to three VMs. This increases both the capacity and resiliency of Prism Central (at the cost of maintaining two additional VMs).
