We have multiple Clusters registeredĀ in our Prism Central, how can we fetch a report having clusters basic details through PC or command line?

you can use prism central reporting to create reports and export / emailĀ them:

Prism Central > Operations > Reports

You can add entities to gather information for multiple clusters / virtual machines etc.
