I have a Riello UPS which has a Nutanix shutdown option. I am trying to get it working but, since upgrading the OS of the UPS the console will not accept my Cluster CVM password…

The error is

Insert a valid password (chars allowed: a-z A-Z 0-9 , . _ + : @ % / - ) (1-63 chars)

This CVM password is perfectly fine for accessing nutanix but how do I create a user that the UPS will accept? I am not able to create a user from the CVM web console and I am fairly new to nutanix. Before the UPS software was updated it accepted the CVM root user and my Admin credentials from AD, but now I need a new static user and it’s not clear how I achieve this.
