Unable to Complete Next Authentication for Nutanix Community Edition

I have installed Nutanix Community Edition but cannot complete the Next authentication.

I have configured the IP of the CVM and the external IP of the cluster.

The CVM can resolve the name of www.nutanix.com.

I can log in to my.nutanix.com, portal.nutanix.com, and next.nutanix.com. However, when I enter my email address and click "Get Started" at the following URL, I receive the message below and cannot proceed: "It seems your My Nutanix account is not activated, please go to my.nutanix.com to complete the process"

I have already created an account and can log in freely. Is there anything additional I need to do?

I contacted the Portal and received confirmation that the Nutanix CE role has been enabled. It doesn't seem to be an issue with the role.
