trying to deploy Prism Central and getting error in post Deployment step

New Nutanix cluster 

AOS 7.5, AHV 11.00 & Prism Central 7.5.0.5
when deploying it get to Post deployment steps and fails
i can ping the Prism Central vm
it gives the error 
Encountered Exception in Post Deployment step timed out waiting for Prism gateway and aplos to come up

This can be lots of different things. Is the network setup correctly? Do you have installed a test virtual machine in the subnet/vlan to make sure networking is correct?
