Question

SFP port cannot be ON

Hi Support,
I have connect FO cable from switch to SFP Port in Nutanix, but in SFP led indicator is not ON, can you help ?

1 - Check if Cable works.

2 - Check SFP both side ( from switch and nutanix node ).

3 - update the NIC driver.

4 - check from AHV or ESXI if port up or down status.

The commands for AHV and ESXI deffer.

If all above steps did not help then open a ticket with Nutanix support
