Imported the Witness VM OVA in Oracle VirtualBox for two node cluster and configured IP address. Failed to create cluster and stuck in waiting service to start. Any suggestions?

+8There is no witness vm for oracle vb only for ahv and esxi. Can you deploy it on 1 of those supported hypervosors?

Thanks...no esxi host is available in the environment. Only way is to deploy the witness VM in AHV itself or not deploying the witness VM.
