Hey Vivek,
Have you got a chance to read through the Data Protection documentation yet?
It is located here:
https://portal.nutanix.com/#/page/docs/details?targetId=Web_Console_Guide-Prism_v4_7:wc_dr_management_wc_c.html
Happy to answer any questions have you parse through that, its pretty comprehensive.
EDIT - Also, as a side note, we've got a great section in the Nutanix bible about this as well:

Thanks. But didn't come across Port require when Nutanix is available in private DC. Good if get flow chart for same. Thanks.
Have you seen 's diagrams here: http://vmwaremine.com/2014/09/19/nutanix-network-port-diagram/#sthash.JvjyPyZt.dpbs
They are pretty good. Working on pulling those into the normal product documentation so its all in one place

Assuming diagram with label Nutanix network port diagram for DR and backup to cloud, will work for DC to DC migration? Ports require between site are TCP 22, 2009, 2010, 2020, 2100, 9440 excluding hypervisor, right? Which services are using these port in detail, like I know 22 used for SSH, 9440 for Administration?
