I am wondering if it is possible to register a cluster that is on another site to a PC. Or, it must have its own PC and connect them through DR.

+8That is why prism central is created (well, and more) ;). To attach multiple Clusters. So yes that is possible.

As long as you have an IP connection from PC to the cluster on another site, there isn't any problem to register this cluster. That is just why you will use PC, to manage more clusters.
