I would like to know the reason why Nutanix Express not able to replicate to Standard Nutanix series?
Kindly advise please.

Express customers and "traditional" customers are almost always going to be mutually exclusive, so I can't imagine a situation where an Express customer also has traditional gear.
If thats the case, they were likely not a good fit for Express in the first place
