I have question about prism central, if I have Nutanix frame configured  what happen if my prism central VM went down? noting that I have only one prism central VM.

As Prism Central is a requirement and Frame connects to Prism Central. It needs to be up and running all the time. When it is down you can't use frame anymore (updates of machines, new sessions, start machines etc).

So if this is a critical environment you should scale out your Prism Central deployment to multiple machines (Prism Central Management → Scale out PC)
