I want to configure a new AHV cluster with 10 Nodes, this would be the first time for me. I have little experience to install AHV on Bare metal, AOS, AHV installation, Network configuration etc. etc.

Please share me some document so that i can able to install this. Right now i have only Nutanix Field Installation Guide.

Hi Kuldeep,

Field installation guide should get you through the initial set up (AHV + AOS installation). This should get you to the point where CVMs form the cluster and they are all up and running.

For the next step you will need Internet connection, so set up the network side.
AHV Networking best practices
AHV Administration Guide: Host Network Management

From there I would use LCM to see if any upgrade is needed for firmware components. This will require Internet connections although there is an option to set up an internal Web server and point LCM to it if you are working on a dark site.
LCM Guide

Once everything at the version you want it to be (AHV, AOS, the firmware of the NICs, discs, SATADOM, BMC/BIOS) you can prepare for VMs creation. Prism Web Console Guide covers all about that.

Let me know if you have further questions.
