LLDP inforation via Prism Central or Preism Element REST API

Hello,

I would like to get information of physical switch ports connected to virtual switch uplink ports via REST API. I don’t see API for the same in Prism Central v3 or Prism Element v2. I see the connectivity in Prism Element Network topology GUI. Appreciate if you could share how to retrieve this information.
